Haus Classes for Aquarius Season ♒️

How does one describe an Aquarius? Innovative, progressive, rebellious — characteristics we’ve matched from our Haus of Phoenix Replays!

There’s now more than 540 on-demand videos in our Replay Library! Have you explored them yet? Enjoy!

Eccentric:

This is a condensed version of our popular Let's Dance hour-long class. Get all the same goodness but in 30 minutes: sassy sun salutations, sexy cobras, wild things, rockstars, and of course, flash dance! Be ready for 30 minutes of freedom, creative movement, and good old-fashioned fun!

We’ve heard the saying “variety is the spice of life," so let’s spice up our yoga practice! One of the ways we can add a lil spice to our practice is to introduce fun variations to already familiar poses. This allows us to explore new engagements and make some funky new shapes! In this class, we’re going to explore a “funky” alteration (putting single forearm down) to some poses we're already familiar with, which will ultimately add that lil’ bit of spice we're looking for!

Humanitarian:

What if we found the strength to be loud about the things that are important to us? What would that loud look and feel like? The first step to channeling that loudness is anchoring into silence to hear the whispers of truth, imagination, and change. During today's class, we will use that silence to stir the loudness that lives in each one of us. Expect to explore the emotions that arise when faced with a challenge and also the relief that comes when we figure out we are not alone.

Did you know that the meaning of the ancient-most mantra AUM is "yes?" Inspired by Pride Month and ancient teachings of AUM, Indu brings you this meditation practice that includes all, excludes none. Once you are introduced to this magnanimous state of Self through this meditation, you will fall in love with colors, delight in the taste of food, and have zest for life. Come experience the ever-expanding definition of Self through ancient meditation practices in Yoga. This class is a combination of theory and practice!

Intellectual:

Calling all writers + creatives! Are you an architect or a gardener (George R.R. Martin)? A hummingbird or a jackhammer (Elizabeth Gilbert)? Explore your potential as an author (creator) with a class crafted to stoke your curiosity, strengthen your discipline and conviction, and get you over the joy gap and into the flow.

Listen to our conversation with Ryan Holiday: writer, philosopher, #1 New York Times bestselling author, co-owner of the independent bookstore The Painted Porch in Texas, and host of the podcast The Daily Stoic.
