  • Explore the different passes and subscription offerings via our “Passes” page.  Once you’ve decided, click the subscription or pass. You’ll be directed to Union to complete your purchase.

    “Add to Cart” the pass or subscription of your choice and follow the check-out directions.

  • Yes! We offer an “On the Haus” pass — a 1 week FREE trial that gives you access to 3 Haus of Phoenix classes!

    Simply visit our Passes page and apply the Access Code: “OPENHAUS” to snag your free trial!

    The ‘On the Haus’ pass is valid for 7 days and gives you access to 3 classes — both live-stream and/or Replay.

  • Yes! No one will be turned away due to funds. If you would like to be a member of Haus, but do not have the means to pay, please email info@thehausofphoenix.com with the subject line “SCHOLARSHIP,” and we will get back to you shortly!

    Want to help others join our Haus? Haus of Phoenix collects donations via the ‘Pay It Forward’ pass to keep these scholarships available.

  • The easiest way to stay up-to-date is by following @theHausofPhoenix on Instagram and joining our mailing list.

    To sign-up for our mailing list, visit KathrynBudig.com and go to the bottom of the homepage.

    To view our upcoming schedule, visit “Upcoming” tab on Union Fit.

  • You can cancel your Haus of Phoenix subscription at any time via your Union account.

    Simply click “MY ACCOUNT” then click “PASSES.”

    Select the “CANCEL PASS” button next to your subscription and your pass will be terminated at the end of your current paid period.

CLASS QUESTIONS

  • All classes on the Upcoming schedule are livestreamed — unless otherwise stated in the class description.

    If an Upcoming class has been pre-recorded, that information is listed in the class details (above the level and duration), along with the date the class will be posted to the Replay Library.

  • Yes!

    If you are unable to attend a live class, all live classes are immediately available for on-demand viewing in the Replay Library after the class is over.

    Our Replay Library will only continue to grow!

  • All live classes are opened up 10 minutes early — before the designated class start time — so you can enter into class and chat with the teacher + other students.

  • If you registered for a live Upcoming class, you will have access to the “restream” of that class for 24 hours.

    If you watched a video from the Replay Library, you will have access to that replay for 48 hours.

  • Nope! The livestream only allows you to see the teacher — not the other way around. However, you can communicate in real time with the teacher and other students by typing in the Chatbox.

TECH QUESTIONS

  • Yes!

    The Union Fit app is available for download in the App Store (click here). Take Haus of Phoenix wherever you go!

    *This app is currently unavailable in the UK*

  • If a class or replay comes with a PDF(s) — such as Moving Mythology or Hungry Phoenix — you can find the attached PDFs in your Union account after registering for the class or replay.

    Simply click “MY ACCOUNT” then click “DOWNLOADS.”

  • Simply login to Union, click “MY ACCOUNT” then click “MY PROFILE.”

    There you can edit your information and “UPDATE PHOTO.”

    Remember to save your changes!
