Yoga Practice: “Love Bomb”

Okay, hear me out: I realize many of us dread lifting weights or “working out,” but this sweet little circuit will get your heart thumping and leaping over the joy gap in no time. You have the option to do this with or without weights, and you may even find you like it so much you start adding it into your weekly movement routine! We’re in this together, so LFG!

Yoga Practice: “Disco Nap”

Disco Nap: "A brief nap taken to restore a person's energy before attending a nightclub or late-night party." Or, in our case — a brief yoga practice to refresh our spirit before attending, well — life! This feel-good practice is perfect when need an extra boost. Bonus: we don't leave the ground and there are zero vinyasas!

Yoga Practice: “I Kick and I Punch!”
