"Asana practice has one meaning: to learn to sit in your own beautiful true nature"
Maty Ezraty

Our Haus Yoga practices are every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am EDT, and if taught live, are immediately transfered into our Replay Library where you can access them anytime.

Since community is Queen here at Haus, every live class opens 10 minutes early, so you can chat with your Haus before we begin. Practices range in duration and style from vinyasa flow, strength-focused, beginner-friendly, restorative, AM + PM practice, and more!

  • Kate Counts has been guiding movement in the wellness community for over a decade. Education has always been an important part in Kate’s life: from teaching elementary school for years, to learning about the body and functional fitness, to diving into the importance of social responsibility. Kate is always filling the shoes of student to bring a deeper sense of knowledge to all she does.

Kate has taught many different modalities of movement, from group fitness, personal training, spin, and yoga. The practice of yoga, combining stillness, movement and breath is where Kate feels most aligned with purpose — and it is through this awareness the calling to show up has evolved. Kate believes the time spent on the mat exploring through self inquiry, meditation, and movement brings us closer to our inner knowing — that beautiful voice that holds our truth. This truth brings a sense of self awareness into our daily lives and how we live in relationship with the global community. It carries us to the frontline of personal and collective progress.

  • Kate challenges her students to use the compass of yoga to navigate the waters of social justice and how this relates to the well being of all.

Kate’s classes combine movement, connection, sweat, tears, laughter, relationship building, trust and the drive to do better and show up for each other.

  • You can join Kate on the second Thursday of every month in our 11am EST slot for a 60 minute practice.

  • Bella creates a safe, non-judgmental, healing platform to explore your movement through sensuality and trust.

Bella’s classes will encourage you to break outside of engrained, structured, and linear movement. Her gentle and creative cueing will guide you through a range of fluid movement, while encouraging inward curiosity and self-exploration.
