  • Kathryn Budig (she/her) is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher, author, publisher and acquiring editor of Inky Phoenix Press, co-host of the Webby Award nominated podcast Free Cookies, and the founder of Haus of Phoenix and The Inky Phoenix book club. With nearly two decades of experience in her field, Budig served as the yoga editor to Women's Health magazine, contributed recipes and sat on the Yahoo Health Advisory Board, was an athlete in Under Armour's "I WILL WHAT I WANT" campaign, and regularly contributed to Yoga Journal, The New Potato, and MindBodyGreen. She lives in Charleston, SC with her wife, Kate Fagan, and their rescue pup, Ragnar.

  • Kathryn was trained at Yogaworks in Santa Monica under the tutelage of Maty Ezraty and other senior teachers such as Chuck Miller and Annie Carpenter. Her classes are accessible yet whimsical, weaving humor, creative instruction, alignment, and acceptance into one. Often challenging, but always stemming from a place of empowerment, her offerings range from vinyasa flow to ritual to storytelling.

  • For over a decade, Justin Reilley (he/him) has been teaching yoga and movement in the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas. He is the owner and lead instructor at Yoga Rebellion in Collingswood, New Jersey. Justin’s love of martial arts is what initially drew him to yoga. After his first in-studio yoga class, he signed up for a yoga teacher training, and the rest is history! In addition to his love of yoga, he is a father to twins Nate and Jules, he is a dog LOVER, an axe thrower, a kettlebell swinger, and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt practitioner.

  • Justin teaches fun vinyasa flows with martial arts inspired movement. His classes include lots of arm balances, creative transitions, and inversions, along with a healthy dose of philosophy to help the practice integrate deeper than the poses.

  • Join Justin the last Thursday of every month at 11am EDT.

  • For over a decade, Kate Counts (she/her) has guided movement in the wellness community, including group fitness, personal training, spin, and yoga. Education has played a pivotal role in her life: from being an elementary school teacher, to learning about the body and functional fitness, to understanding the importance of social responsibility. The practice of yoga is where Kate feels most aligned with purpose. By exploring self-inquiry, meditation, stillness, and movement, Kate believes we become closer to our inner knowing — the beautiful voice that holds our truth. This truth brings self-awareness into our daily lives and into our relationship with the global community; it carries us to the frontline of personal and collective progress.

  • Kate challenges her students to use the compass of yoga to navigate the waters of social justice and how it relates to the well-being of all. Kate’s classes combine sweat, connection, tears, laughter, relationship building, and trust, all with the drive to do better and show up for each other.

  • Join Kate the second Thursday of every month at 11am EDT.

As a maestra of healing and movement, she has logged countless hours in movement therapy training combined with trauma informed practices. Bella views this work as a healing modality for all genders.

  • Bella creates a safe, non-judgmental, healing platform to explore movement through sensuality and trust. Her classes will encourage you to break outside of engrained, structured, and linear movement. Bella's gentle and creative cueing will guide you through a range of fluid movement, while encouraging inward curiosity and self-exploration.

When not teaching or coaching, you can find Gustavo at a coffee shop writing blogs for wellness publications, or at the park playing with his sassy goldendoodle, Bayley.

  • Founder of The Ranch Houston and Ashe Yoga Collective, Tamika Caston-Miller (she/her) is a post-lineage yoga futurist & educator (E-RYT500 and YACEP). In service to collective healing and community repair, Tamika curates yoga experiences through the lens of rest, resilience, and integration. Focused on truth-speaking, collaborative work, and collective rest, Tamika aims to build intersectional, intergenerational, multiethnic communities, in which radical compassion, agency, and self-acceptance are normalized. She is a staunch advocate for “slow and low” practices, and refers to herself as a "post-lineage” teacher in acknowledgment of meshing her own ancestral practices, while honoring yoga’s roots.  She works alongside other disruptors to build a more inclusive yoga community that transcends its history of discrimination based on caste, ethnicity, body size, and socio-economic status.

  • Specializing in trauma-informed Somatic Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, Tamika will invite you to slow down, pause, feel, rest, and build skills that will serve on and off the mat. Her embodied, authentic, and grounded teaching style is informed by her most influential teachers and mentors: Dr. Gail Parker, Tracee Stanley, Paul Grilley, Indu Arora, Jivana Heyman, and Judith Hansen Lasater.

  • Now with 25 years of experience leading workshops, teacher trainings, and international retreats, Jesse Schein (she/her) began her journey training under renowned instructors Maty Ezraty, Lisa Walford, and Chuck Miller. Jesse’s own experience healing her nervous system from anxiety and stress sparked her interest and passion. Her teaching philosophy centers around making yoga accessible to everyone, adapting the practice to individual needs, while promoting laughter and curiosity. Jesse currently resides in the beach town of Encinitas, California. When she isn’t teaching, she is doting on her 10-year-old son and 117-year-old poodle. She’s a lover of gardening, the beach, boogie boarding, lunch, reading, and laying on her back staring at the ceiling.

  • Jesse teaches an accessible, well-rounded Vinyasa flow that will meet you where you’re at. Her motto "Do You, Be You" encourages each student to find their unique path. Sprinkled with breathwork and tools to regulate the nervous system, expect her classes to be filled with laughter, curiosity, presence, effort, and joy.
